chainik: I post in spurts...
Sorry, I don't usually chronicle my trades online. Occasionally I find the time and the inclination to do that for one stock, but I don't make a regular habit of it. I guess I am just not good enough to trade and keep an eye on all my trades and still find the time to post those trades.
I much prefer (when inclined to do so) to just post what I see coming up with supportive analysis and albeit less often now days, with supportive charts for the markets and the rare stock pick from time to time. Then folks have the time to make up their own minds with regards to what I am expecting.
Posting a buy right at an intraday bottom or vice versa at an intraday top rarely allows anyone enough time to do their own due diligence and only allows for someone to blindly follow. I don't recommend anyone blindly follow anyone, ever.
IMO the only thing chronicling trades online proves is that someone can paper trade, providing the calls are before the fact. Then, even before the fact calls do not prove anyone has actually made the trades.
For me, these boards are best used to help us all learn to fish better for ourselves. I don't think chronicling trades does much to help us learn to fish...IMO, Bla, bla, bla...
