Who's talking about internal ethics at Intel, other than greg, in some strange internal dialogue of his own making? I could care less whether sales treats marketing well. The presumption that one has to work for Intel to have observations about how Intel treats entities OUTSIDE of Intel is silly. Besides, were Intel to have engaged in behavior that crossed the line, do you honestly think they would inform every mid-level manager of that fact? Given that your answer to that is surely "no", then what can you conclude, based on the fact that one such individual has no knowledge of a particular unethical or illegal transaction? Answer: not much.
