Deal. I need the tax write-off bad. My life is a living hell right now because I am stuck in this mess. No one cares, at least anyone associated with CDFT doesn't. Hell they won't even respond to me.

Unless you are still holding your original common shares, you likely have already taken the tax loss associated with your CDFT purchase.
