Umm, not it's not. Let's do some quick math here...

100k x $.05 = $5000

$500 for the letter etc = $5500 total

That's $.055 cents a share, and 3124 Preferred for FREE.

The reason why there is no takers is because it would be buying into NOTHING.

Incorrect it is the same. Matty is offering up the equivalent of 100K shares - your cost $5K. What's a mere $500 more on your part to get the restriction removed? After all the prediction earlier was $10.50 per share. You pay a total of $5.5K and get back $1M. Go for it! Accept the offer. You either believes or ya don't.
