Hi TFN, Didn't catch the final count on it yesterday. My only real concern here is my divvies. I talked to Maguire back in december 05 and was told as long as they don't become a reporting company they don't have to release the restriction on our share's. Not a very intelligent thing to say I might add coming from a director of the company.
Also talked to the T/A concerning the legend on our shares. He didn't tell me anything pertaining to the details within it. But he did email me this........
This is the legend attached to our BPWW restricted stock as sent to me from the transfer agent.
