What makes you think this is a real $270 million company? Is it the 12 million shares management awarded itself at .001/share? Is it the $455 in revenues? Is it the less than $500,000 in cash in the bank? Is it that they lost their $150k investment on their one real estate deal so far? Is it that they have 4 employees?
