Go to the URL posted below. Click on "Request a new cable network" which is about halfway down the page. This will take you to a page titled "Service Enhancement Request". On the left you will see a heading "Type of feature"; click on "Cable Network". Then go further down to see a heading "Network" on the left and click on "Select Network". Then, scroll down until you see "The Fight Network". Time Warner in Albany, NY is trying to guage interest in different cable startups to decide if they want to offer them. Pretty nice that The Fight Network is listed, don't you think?
