Probably a wise course with pennies is to have some small positions where the risks are great but the odds are greatly in one's favor. I think that IDLM at 5c is very risky, but the odds are greatly in one's favor.
A 100K position costs only 5K at 5c. I think there's much better than 50% chance of selling that at 20K, but also enough chance of loss that this is not a bet the farm situation.
And as for buying 1M, I think that anyone attempting to do so would drive the price back up to 15c at a minimum -- not that I expect anything to happen until after March (due to the 90-day window).
