John; long holder of MDHI I am becoming concerned with this company and their continual selling of shares. Any good news is always followed by a sell off of the shares Ronnie and Joe hold that they got for .0001, so at .007 + these guys are robbing the bank and any chances for the stock holder to see the PPS increase. Any up ward movement is met with a hugh share sell off by management. As far as Ireland goes the same ad now for over a year says coming soon, so no sales there as the pendant is still advertises as coming soon. I'm afraid it's time for me to realize that this is another company Joe is connected to that will not make it. It's a shame because the pendant is such a great idea but Joes got his hand in the company and he will destroy it to make money for himself, which is all he cares about. A year or 2 from now you will see MDHI has never made anything for the share holders but you will see Joe and Ronnie have sold 16,000,000 shares for themselves and the elder population will all be using a different company for their alarm needs.

Also John there is absolutely no reason on earth for the financials not to have been released. After all the shares Ronnie and Joe have sold making millions for themselves they have had the money to pay for the Financials. They can't show us the financials because it will only show the company is not making any cash at all. Should we see Ronnie's and Joes 1040 we'd see why. I believe both men have found a gold mind for themselves, even though the pendant is needed and wanted by the elderly population, the company is just being robbed blind by the two who care less about stock holders or the elderly. USA is the greediest country in the world and a gold mind for politicians and people like Madoff to run their schemes to rob the unprotected.
