This is a great post! EPA changed testing standards in July!
Proposed regs have to published, allow for public comment, be finalized and then published in federal register.
This process can take months-even years. Companies would be foolish to spend funds on testing before the final test rules and final standards were published and in effect.
It was very wise for management to wait until new EPA regs were finalized before spending the estimated $1,000,000 (according to article) it would take to go through the testing process.
The information makes it clear that the delay MZEI has experienced goes right back to the government approval process.
Maybe the Medizone leadership is not as stupid, lazy or incompetent as frequently depicted.
Come on spring thaw. I hate ice fishing. Maybe buy a nice home way down south from MZEI profits.
