Newly, what about the SPX? Isn't that a rise from the 1168 lows to the 1176 mid Dec highs?

If that's a left shoulder, wouldn't the OEX also have one? They are brother indices.

Furthermore, if the S&P has a H&S top, the other indices (COMP, NDX, OEX, WLSH) will also follow that trend. That's Happy Family Theory of Markets.
