I'm confused, " NOVACAB shareholders were issued 300,000,000 shares". Wasn't NOVACAB a private company? So who are these shareholders? Are we getting more shares or is she saying that these shares are available to trade?

So what was thought to be a reduction of the O/S to 2+million, turned out to be an O/S of over 400 million.

What did those "shareholders" do to deserve the 300,000,000 shares?

Who owned the Preferreds that got converted to 100,000,000 shares?

Based on the 400,000,000 shares slipped in during the 1:1000 R/S the current PPS should be closer to .003.
