Thanks for pointing that out. The OTCshortreport is spread around on nearly every board on ihub as 'proof' their penny stock is being massively shorted and as 'proof' of an impending short squeeze. In reality, it's short interest that matters, not MMs shuffling shares intra-day. I once saw someone claiming a stock was massively shorted at .0002--ridiculous. Most retailers can't short penny stocks and those that can have to pay a hefty sum to do it. Shorts betting huge against penny stocks in a very hot sector such as marijuana? I don't think so...

That's a short volume report. FINRA told me their report is the only one to use for short interest. OTCshortreport shows short VOLUME which is meaningless. It shows unsettled trades which clear virtually every day. Call FINRA and ask them... they will confirm what I am saying. GL.
