Net-Man: Here is my original question...

You indicated last fall (and I'm not holding you to this) that you hoped to start up sometime in December. My only question today is whether you and FASC are on hold until they have all the SEC financial reports up to date? Brian has continually said that his lawyer has told him not to release any PR until that time.
