I contacted them last week and have not heard any responses. The latest amendment should have investors in UBRG very curious about business relationships...
That, and the fact that it's been what? Two months since their last PR?

Like you I bought into this back in 2012 and got the dividend which at the time UBRG was one of the darlings of the media who were really pushing it as the next big thing. I am holding in the "hopes" that things can turn around.

Since then I have also started buying dividends and it has been profitable so far. But Scottrade where I trade has had some real screwups in posting accurately when the next dividends are coming.
