I believe many of the signs have already started and by the end of this cohort they will have a pretty good indication if it is working as effectively as shown in pre clinicals and I would place my bet on that it is. I certainly don't think it is going to take another 3 cohorts (6 months) before everyone and their brother realizes this is the real deal.
