I don't have a 100% factual answer on that. We all know there is corrugation, on this topic. I posted NITE, with misleading the public and the NSCC in regards to fails to deliver stock and or show fails to deliver, and the fact it has to do with 100 share trades. What do we see here? We see an attack on a share holder. Think about that..
