Doesn’t that depend on the data?

Though I think more likely they just do not have it all down on paper yet.

That’s also quite likely, of course; however, the fact that clinicaltrials.gov shows PEARL-4 finishing in Dec 2013 (http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01833533 ) and PEARL-3 finishing in Nov 2013 (http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01767116 ) makes me think the data may be in hand.

BTW, on the BOD issue. With one director having serious inside cash and one an outsider, it is hard to pin this on some sort of buyout dispute. They would be on the opposite side of any serious issue. And somebody with serious cash at stake is not going to walk in a hissy fit.

So, what’s your explanation for the resignations? The one I gave in #msg-95809197?
