Agreed. And even if there were further issuance, it wouldn’t be too material of an impact since they are just about at the 3.5B limit. At most, they could have issued 94 Million shares during Fiscal Q1 which is only a 2.7% increase from what’s reported at 9/30. The only way they could have issued more than that is if they raised the number of authorized shares, but that would need to be reported in the subsequent events section as well, I would think.
But in my opinion, the 2.5 Billion shares set to be unlocked is a big enough threat to the stock price to make any further issuance a moot point.
