No, I did mean 2012. Not a mistake. I was reconciling the 9/30/12 share balance to the 9/30/13, as per the Statement of Stockholders’ Equity. That statement shows the 9/30/12 count at the 707.5 I quoted. All of the restricted shares were issued during the fiscal year 10/1/12 – 9/30/13. It’s still unknown if anything has been issued since 9/30/13.
I saw your post. After the financials came out I was watching and waiting for someone to point that out. You were one of the few who seemed to care. My fear is that this will continue to churn, with a one-way flow of money going from the new individual investors to the parties holding these enormous blocks of shares and minimal appreciation of the stock price.
