Why do you think that the BOD had the revolving door?

I expected to have at least a partial answer today from the JPM presentation, but that shed no light on the situation. So, unless the BoD resignations are related to a disagreement regarding a buyout offer, all I have is the hypothesis in #msg-95809197: that Luly wanted to shrink the BoD to have more power for himself and the four other remaining directors.
