Of Course All Fortune can file bankruptcy anytime, but for what reason?? I'm talking ascetically or reasonably. It would be like an admission of guilt. So is hiding funds, but they can't hide everything. Again a Bankruptcy would deter their business(es) greatly. A granted WRIT could very well freeze their assets well before the outcome.

Assets will not be frozen by a preliminary decision and wouldn't stop Ch 11 proceeding.

SSOL at best would be an unsecured creditor with only hope of receiving pennies on the dollar.
