Very happy to know your 'friends' built the website, probably wasn't too costly then.

But since this is a publicly traded company (or was?) how about something regarding our trading status?

Are we coming off the Greys or not?

Are financials being filed or not?

The website is great, but this isnt the .com boom, and every business has a website, so the website is about 2 years late, but progress is progress, so congrats.

Thanks for the good update, Tom. I understand to build Surgline's own website like the one already built by mdsupplies would have cost thousands of dollars, so this is an excellent & inexpensive business decision which immediately affords Surgline the opportunity to gain more revenue. I'm looking forward to seeing Surgline's high-ticket spine and orthopedic implants added to the website in the coming months. Something that mdsupplies did not have to offer. That will fill out the available medical supplies nicely. Thanks to the team for the continued hard work to get the company rolling!

I think shareholders need to here about filings & coming off the greys! Way over due! Though the updates are good to hear, it wouldn't do shareholders any good if their stocks are worthless due to sgln being revoked!

Tom Tom tom, when are you going to address the financials and all the previous PRs you put out that were complete frauds?

When will you fess up and let these shareholders know your pos stock is non compliant and will be revoked if you don't file those previously promised financials?

Stop pretending to be running a real company and stop being a con man, please

Has anybody spoken/corresponded with Toland lately? I tried to shoot him an email a couple weeks ago, but never received a reply. Figuring that he was a busy man, I paid it very little mind. About a week later, I shot him another email, but didn’t hear back again. I’ve been pretty busy at work and only recently made the effort to see what the status is with Surgline. I went to Surgline.com. It was extremely upsetting to see that the site is down and in queue waiting for deletion or renewal. Twice, I’ve called the number on the PR’s but Toland hasn’t gotten back with me. I called Bluewater Surgical to find out the number no longer belonged to Bluewater. I called Surgline MDC Holdings and found that the number had been disconnected. It was nice to see that SurglineSupplies.com is still up and running, but some of the buttons are not working. (For instance, the Help link at the top right portion of the screen doesn’t work.)

As the majority of long term investors will know, I have been a staunch supporter of Surgline. My faith has not entirely diminished, but it has definitely taken a hit during the course of the last couple days. I am writing to see if anybody has been in contact with the company. I’ve been envisioning Toland sitting broken in a room like Howard Hughes filling up bottles of urine (Joke. Sorry if you read this Toland, but you have to admit...it is a good joke. Sometimes you have to laugh at yourself. In fact, if this is the case, save me a room next to yours. I think I'll be breaking soon, too.). In the past, I’ve never had issues contacting him, but I’m now beginning to get nervous.

The share price occasionally dips to .0001 or .0002, but somebody is always hitting it at .0003. I believe that somebody wants it to stay there, but cannot decipher a cause. I imagine it is the company keeping the share price at this level, but cannot understand what is happening. If the main site is down and he is not returning phone calls (In all fairness, I called twice yesterday, so it has only been 24 hours without a reply.), why keep the share price at .0003?

Any guidance and/or impressions from the current situation are greatly appreciated. I’ve always tried to be a man of logic. Up to this point, I’ve had cause to believe in Surgline, but am beginning to get concerned. I would definitely appreciate any insight that may shed light on the situation.
