Keep in mind that even though the stock price hasn't gone up, the market cap did, because there are more outstanding shares.
But even with that, I think the stock should be at a minimum of 4.00. If I had unlimited cash flow, I would continue to load up until the stock reached 4.00
Management just needs to stay focused on the development of the pipeline... if they do that the pps will take care of itself.... if they lose focus on that they could follow in the footsteps of PolyMed...
