Just because they appear to be "new" by the way it's worded doesn't make it so.

Compare it word for word with the report for the Q ending June 30, and you'll see that there are only 3 variations:

1) The share statistics (dilution)

2) CAR (Corporate Air Repair) has been dropped as a "focus"

3) Joshua's lawsuit got reworded a little (They lost, but don't mention that as a subsequent event)

NOTHING has changed. QASP is LOSING money and SELLING shares to keep the doors open.

They have NEVER released student enrollment numbers to back up the outrageous claims of just how "profitable" the flight school business is.
