The 243K shares [Luly] bought expire in June and he bought 7k shares out of the 14K shares that expire in July.

Actually, the expiration dates of the options Luly and Or exercised were 7/1/14 and 12/23/14 (not June and July, as you stated). Not that this distinction matters much.
