I will try. I never could get an adequate explanation. WPNV changed to XGEN and the cusip changed. Today my account was showing a debit for XGEN and a Credit for the same amount for a cusip number. I call them and they tell me they will have to fix it before I will have purchasing power due to day trading purchasing power restrictions but I have plenty of cash in the account and there is no reason that I shouldn't have purchasing power. He says they will have it fixed within 15 mins. Then he calls me back 30 mins later and says we fixed part of the problem but are still working on another part.
I might have to open another account with a different broker but I hated having two before because it was harder to keep track of.
It's always something. HAHA
I am afraid to even look around I might find a screaming opportunity and then end up being pissed because I missed out on it.
