That's a pretty impressive L2 cache density any way you slice it. Around 3x the density of their previous generation (CuMine). Not bad for a shrink ;-).

At twice the density of the P4's L2 cache, there must be some disadvantage to it. I really, really would like to see a detailed analysis of the Pentium-M...
