Actually, what I mean is, could Google have him hired by Vringo to handle Google's interests and help structure a deal/buyout? I feel this could be happening as Google has NO workaround and we just need the Judge to finally act on it. They don't want to have the appeals court rule in favor of laches. Why risk a 5-7% rr as well. Also, ZTE is losing big and Google has to see the potential to land $$$ back from them, while all along landing a much better Patent team PLUS Patents. Something just doesn't add up with this hiring, we can't keep spending on expensive attorneys IF NO money is coming in, OR IS IT????? Back to the brew and game. GLTU
