I wouldn't even go that far to call it a lie. I think I never did. More like a broken promise. If you remember the discussion here has always been is such a statement a "promise" or just a "projection". I don't believe it was an intentional lie. And yes obviously we know why they had to go lower with the price. Whether one finds that a good idea or not is a different issue.
