Green Mountain Coffee to Change Name to Include Keurig Brand
Move Marks Importance of Single-Cup Brewing System to Company

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. plans to change its name to Keurig Green Mountain Inc., a recognition of the increasing importance of the single-cup brewing system that made it famous.

The company's directors decided on the new name in December, and it is subject to shareholder approval at its annual meeting in March, according to a document filed with regulators Friday.
