I have the same grid. The last quarter is misleading in my opinion because that share count is as of December 13, not the 31st.

I've been having a related discussion on this matter and what will be the apex of the share count? I think 150M / 157M fully diluted is still the best projection.

I think we hit that number in 2014 but when? Would anybody be surprised if we're at 145M right now?

I'm speculating we're going to have to endure some more pain in January but after that...sunny skies ahead?

Thanks for posting those stats, Swede. The numbers are interesting. Those figures clearly show that dilution is on a downtrend for the past 3 quarters since 3/31/13. Sure hope it continues in the same direction.
