as far as i know cohorts averaged about 2 months until cohort 6. i thnk that one was around 3 months.
dr menon told dmatt at a conference that he (dr menon) guessed mtd would be cohort 8 or 9. i always believe dr menon. i thnk he knows what he is talking about especially about p21.leo said irb to meet re cohort 6 mid december. trial to continue.
the nci site says the company and df expect april 2014 to be the end of phase 1. this date is to reviewed and adjusted at least every 6 months.
dr menon said that at the end of phase 1 CTIX would apply to the FDA for breakthrough status for kevetin using retinoblastoma, this disease shows up in about 264 babies every year and removal of the eyeball is the most common remedy. this quaifies for orphan drug status also.
it is my opinion that leo and dr menon will not disappoint wednesday.
i notice some old time flippers making a comeback. i am tired of debating them. i am a fan of no retreat the honest flipper.
