one lie?

he said profitable was 15,000 subs and that they were more then half way there...this was like sept 2005

dec 2005 the 10k shows only 6000 sbs...is that a lie?...hmmm

OK, where to start...

Blantant one:
1. They said at 15k subs they would be profitable, and they were over "half way there".
- from the 10ksb, at that time, they were only at 3k, and at the end of the quarter they (we) finally reached 6k.. that's 6,ooo... far from reality.
2. They said that we were going to have "several" (THEIR words now) contracts of co-marketing agreements and aquisitions.
- umm, 1 and 1... wow, that's a lot.

There's more, but i don't have time right now... oh yeah, remember last year's Super Bowl debacle?? if not, just look through the PR's of that time and find the POS video they made which barely aired on one of their local channels (they were BARELY legal if they didn't at least put that POS video out).
