Gregg I am not a person that likes to say "I told you so", and I am not eager "to put the noose on a person," I am just reporting what is actually going on. I believe you were asking for confirmation about the report of his arrest. I certainly will not be happy to see anyone lose their money, me included. I stand to lose just as much if not more as anyone on this board. I would like nothing more than to have this Company be successful. I certainly do appreciate the fact that a person is innocent "unless" until proven guilty. To say "until" presupposes guilt. That is what I always argue to any jury that I appear in front of. The Government has if fact charged him, that is why he was arrested. One cannot be arrested if not charged. However they have not secured an Indictment as of this date. That requires a Grand Jury. The two are separate things. I hope you do speak with Ulsteen, that may be difficult since he is in custody and is represented by counsel. But if you do please report back about that conversation. If you have the power to keep this company from going down or the pps from going into the tank, please do so and push this puppy above a penny.
