for much of the same reasons why folks use a credit card when they have cash. They are leveraging the equity in the shares because it leaves them in a better cash position. They will reward us "in the end" (at least two meanings)

DonsHub, if we could answer why the amassed 6 million dollars selling shares at only .01 or thereabouts we might be able to answer why they may not be still selling now.

Look longterm. As a business owner i have been as much as $35,000 in debt, (and thats nothing) and still even though in little debt continue to get more into debt, in order to expand my business for LONG TERM. Using your credit as leverage sometimes is a VERY smart thing to do. Just have to be carefull WHERE you spend your money.
