It'll never happen. The ask has historically been thin in appearance looking at L2 on Q, but in reality there have ALWAYS been an abundance of shares for sale.
Back in the early days when this was trading in the .1's, there would be only one mm on the ask showing 5k shares, and the next one would be a few cents higher, and the pumpers would talk about how thin the ask was. Well, the ask ended up being virtually unlimited and was rarely taken out, and the bid would get dumped on.
I see no reason to think that it is any different today since the same people are involved.
The ask is always thin when the sp is dropping because retail hesitates to sell at a loss. The .0002 ask is growing as more are sold on the .0001 bid because the retail buyers are hoping to turn a quick double. Heck, the ask jumped about 150 million after the 300 million dump at .0001....
