Here is another important issue facing CompuSonics:

It is ORDERED that on or before January 22, 2014, CompuSonics shall SHOW CAUSE why this proceeding should not be determined against it. See 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a)(2), .220(f).
If CompuSonics fails to respond to this Order, it will be deemed in default, the proceeding will be determined against it, and the registrations of its securities will be revoked. See 17 C.F.R. §

Yes. Did you call the CEO and let him file with the SEC? Anyway I tried to buy 200K shares at 0.0005 and no any fill at all! 0.0004 is the lowest price since April of 2013.
