EVERY publicly traded company officer and employee who gets shares of the company as part of their compensation package will eventually sell some of those shares.
THAT IS NOT CRIMINAL, UNETHICAL, OR IMMORAL!
But I can assure you of one thing...they are not selling ANY at this price!!!! It's way too low!
It's the same reason the LONGS here are not selling either.
I didn't buy this stock for these little pennies! NO WAY!

Classic P&D? NTEK is on a year long uptrend and still going! A five year old could look at the chart and see the trend, P&D's don't have uptrends that go beyond a few months. Please tell me how this stock resembles a classic P&D. Would be nice to back up your claims with more than speculation and conjecture. Thanks
