Assets? Seriously? Time for a reality check.

WAFr has two "assets," i.e., two subsidiaries.

The first is NEEL, or Northeast Expedite Logistics, which is NOT AUTHORIZED, not that it matters as there are NO trucks and no revenues (cuz there is NO business):

The other is Core Wafer Systems which has some code it can't sell or profit from.

FINAL JUDGMENT [against CWS] awarding Dfs [Sandia Technologies] the sum of $500,000.00 plus interest of 15%; Core Wafer Systems Inc is permanently enjoined until it pays Dfs all amounts due under this final judgment; scope of this injunction expressly prohibits all use [of the software - which is ALL of the WAFr "assets"] (see Order) until paid in full
