Charlie - As I understand it, JCL is free to manufacture and sell the KDS's into China. Payment for those rights is that all rights and patents to any new technology and/or advancements to the KDS for the purposes of processing waste water sludge vest to FASC. So, I can see why FASC's financials wouldn't matter to JCL.
I wonder what the loose ends are though? Hopefully those are all good things for FASC.
