Rays, what advantage would there be for a reverse split? Just so there would not need to be as many shares needed to cover the debentures??? And wasn't there some safeguards for GGI in there about dilution?? If we've given them debentures for 1 billion shares at, as an example, 1c per share. Can we say that we now only owe you 200 million with a 5/1?
Truthfully that whole package escapes my understanding. Like the $1.09 pps figure that keeps jumping up.
Anything can happen. A thought...if they r/s at this point, the PPS will tank. The way I see it, it's already tanked. A few tenths lower ain't much difference to me...LOL. So if that happens, they reduce the shares and we look toward the future. Last I heard, we got nothing but good news coming...well almost...LOL.
