1. It's called a "sub-lease" - You don't show up on the lease with the building owners records.

2. Google sends out a post card with a verification code. Someone at the address would have to receive, utilize the code, and purposely set up the address through Google. That's confirmation right there. It's not like Quanco just went ahead and did that for no reason...actually they're prob tired of getting multiple calls from inquiring minds trying to validate SKTO, so they went ahead and took steps to avoid them by adding SKTO/Med Greens Google listing. Now the address has been verified.

3. So WHAT if Hipple incorporated Alexander Capital and happens to be the registered agent. Hipple is a corporate attorney, HELLO PEOPLE. This is something Hipple prob does on a day to day basis, as an attorney. It doesn't meant that Hipple is running Alexander Capital or that Alexander Capital had anything at all to do with SKTO. How do we explain that the SKTO number is forwarded to a number associated with a company incorporated by Attorney Hipple? I don't know, but I'm sure it's a basic, logistical answer. But nooooo, leave it to the rest of you to make sure it's something negative or foreshadowing of the all mighty scam that still hasn't been shut down. Even after being investigated by regulators... give me a break. I'm glad everyone is working hard to uncover everything there is to know. It's just ridiculous that some here seem to think it's somehow glorified when they put a spin on the facts to make everything appear the way they want you to see it... smh. Just plain ridiculous.
