The 'Chinese' Connection:

My contact also used the words "this year" in his reply which has me wondering if the start-up date is dependent on FASC being current with the SEC, since announcements would probably be made here and there.

He did say they are planning on marketing the KDS and that the promotional material has already been prepared.
