Not sure where it said SKTO/MG owned any land and I am sure they are well with-in the laws with a top notch person such as Benz to oversee all the laws are in line. We even are friends with the person in charge of seeing the new laws in Ca. are followed in Lt. Gov of Ca. Gavin Newsom. Benz is here for a reason and he sure did not put it all on the line for a few dollars.
Maybe go back and read the way the land was secured and leased. Nothing puts SKTO as handling the product only managing all steps along the seed to final purchase and having all Companies in the chain involved in the business model and that is where the money is.
