Nobody has stated a box didn't exist. Ntek has a few prototypes, that one looks crappy and thrown together for the show.
And like I said, I think foley went in knowing he had a good chance to win, probably because he knew that prototype would be the only one submitted in that category. Of course Visions was going to award something. Probably in a few days we can find out who was in what category and how many. It looks like all were winners.
I'll tell you what, that better not be a photoshopped relabeling on that piece like the times square fake. That would really piss off people who care about Ntek and credibility. The depth of field looks off.
Come to think of it, my work has won a few awards exactly that way. We were the only ones in a particular category. We won hands down. lol
