Absolut is licensed to wholesale in NY........they

can sell to other licensed retailers in other states, including CA.

The suggestion that others are selling with REVOKED licenses is absurd. They either don't need them or chose another MO.

Marani has one product, the vodka. The federal tax stamp for the vodka is tied to a CA entity and no one else. The vodka can not be imported until they get ACTIVE in CA or move. If they move they need to change the info with TTB.

Or, someone else can get a label approval and import the vodka IF they have the needed licenses.
