What does this post have to do with Marani needing a license? Doesn't CJ's post hit home all the big name vodkas don't have a CA license and yet their product is sold in CA?
This info just seems to be a distraction to the argument Marani needs a CA license.
Based on your statement: "The only thing you need a CA ABC liquor license for is if you are going to open a store or restaurant and retail the liquor yourself!" - We don't need a license... because we will sell it to the distributors... who will sell it for us... Unless there are plans for brick n mortar... And I highly doubt we plan on selling it retail ourselves...

We are not selling Mariani Vodka in CA the distributors will be selling our Vodka all over the US. No need for a license here! This is so easy. MRIB new 52 week highs just ahead. It is a shame we would have been in the .10 to .20 range by now had we not had to go through a month of non factual information 24/7! Looking forward to making up for it in the PPS starting tomorrow.
