Is SS supposed to be the float or the OS?
The last reported OS was 294M on Sep 12, so if the 780M is correct, it's more than doubled AGAIN.
Of course, if the 780M is a good number, it's got room to triple before the next RS. However, the AS being maxed out is not what will determine whether or not there is an RS: the determining factor will be whether or not new buyers can be found. If this goes to NO BID, it won't matter now many shares are available in the AS.
This is on life support. Time to either explain to shareholders why they should buy or pull the plug...
