It does not.
My Venue pro 11 could not maintain a stable connection to an Actiontec wireless DSL modem. This is the same wireless modem that my Dell laptop and 5 android devices connect with just fine.
So, I purchased a Netgear R7000 router. The connection is now stable. However, the connection must be manually re-established (disconnect, reconnect) everytime it wakes up. I haven't figured out why.
As best I can tell, all my drivers and bios are current.
